ACK Financials App Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ACK Financials («Company» or «we» or «us») collects, stores, uses, transfers and discloses Personal Data from our users («you») in connection with the Retirement Scenarios application, and related services (collectively, the «App»).

We reserve the right to and may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you through the our Web Site and App, and by presenting you with a new version of this Privacy Policy for you to accept, if we, for example, add new processing activities or collect some additional Personal Data from you.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated version of the Privacy Policy will indicate your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as modified. In some cases, you will have to explicitly accept changes to Privacy Policy to continue using the App. We encourage you to periodically review our Website and the App for the latest information on our data privacy practices.

    Any information entered into the App is stored locally and not transmitted to the 

    Company.

    Any personal information collected is used locally on your computer for you.

3. Your rights
    Modification, correction and erasure
    You are able to modify, correct, erase, and update your Personal Data by using the App

    or deleting any data files created on your local computer.

4. Sharing your personal data and information
    Since we don't collect personal data, we don't share it.

5. Retention of your personal data
    Any data collected is stored on your computer.  The Company has no copy or access 

    to it.
    If you remove the App's data files from your computer you will no longer see it in 

    the App.
    If you choose to delete the App and all App data files, the your Personal Data used by 

    the App will be completely gone.

6. Security
    The data is stored on your local computer, you are responsible for its theft, misuse and

    unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. 

7. Third party links
    The App has no third-party links build in.

8. Privacy of payments
    The Company does not process any payments the App.

9. Email Communications
    We will not contact you with unrequested email or other communications.
    We will contact you in response to a question or request you ask of us.

10. International personal data transfers
    None.
    We do not collect any information for International purposes.
